Return & Delivery
We are sorry to hear that the A-cord does not match your expectations!
Please contact us by email (A-Cords@outlook.com) within 14 days after you received your A-Cord and tell us the following:
Your order number(s)
The reason why you want to return your A-Cord
If you would like to exchange it for another A-Cord or if you want a refund. Please note that the Cord needs to be in the same conditions as when it was delivered. Also the cord has to be unused for us to accept an exchange.
After you send us the above by email then for any undamaged and unused product, simply return it to:

Return the cord with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
The sendingcosts for returning/exchanging are for the client.
In addition, please note the following:
If A-Cords receives the product damaged and finds its used, we will not refund nor exchange.
We don’t charge sendingcosts within The Netherlands. It will take around 2-3 working days.
For countries outside of The Netherlands we charge € 5,00. It will take around 5-8 working days.
If you would like us to send it with a track & trace code please contact us privately. The extra costs for this requests are for the client.
